How to Meditate on The Big Picture

Spread the love

This post is a reprint of the most recent Way of the MindGate Newsletter.

Way of the MindGate Newsletter is about fulfilling the needs of others, mainly your needs in terms of mind control. In turn, the audio project I’ve been working on is all about fulfilling your needs. I’ve mentioned it in previous newsletters. Here are the (updated) samples in case you didn’t catch them yet:

  1. Thought into Action (concentration)
  2. Design Beneath Disorder (creative focus)
  3. The Big Picture (mental speed & acuity)

The entire album is just over 70 minutes of rhythms and meditations for building concentration, creative focus, and mental acuity and will soon be available on Amazon. Please see a further description by clicking The Big Picture thumbnail to your left.

Time and Money

The content on this album helps us unify two issues that concern most people: Time and Money. In fact, there was a recent study on the effects of people who meditate on either time or money:

Thoughts about time inspire people to socialize

October 7, 2010

Does thinking about time or money make you happier? A new study published in Psychological Science, a journal of the Association for Psychological Science, finds that people who are made to think about time plan to spend more of their time with the people in their lives while people who think about money fill their schedules with work, work, and — you guessed it — more work…

The gist of the article is that people are happier when they focus on time, that is, the time they spend with loved ones. On the other hand, people who focus on money are not as happy – because their time is filled with work.

Does this sound pretty typical to you?

OK, what if you knew of a way to meditate on both? What if you shifted your focus in a way that makes you even happier than if you simply focused on time? Would you do it?

According to the above PhysOrg article, there is a definite demarcation of feelings between focussing on time and money. Of course, the study is correct, but what if we shift our focus towards fulfillment?

Money is simply a medium of exchange – So is time. I still remember when I was exchanging my time for money. It’s possible you’re doing this now, but we have to get away from that mindset of living our lives according to time or money.

Fulfillment

When we focus on fulfillment, we’re focussing on the big picture; this is what we really want and this is what the people around us want.

When we ask for our time or money, what we really want is fulfillment of our needs and desires – (creditors excluded, of course.) Time and Money are simply media of exchange for what we really want: Fulfillment. If you agree, then please continue.

When we work for others, we are rewarded according to our performance in fulfilling the needs of our customers, mainly our bosses. When we fulfill our bosses needs, we are rewarded with the commensurate awards / position / raise / vacation time /time share, etc.

If you work in a corporation, you may have noticed that certain people surpass others in the company because they are focused on fulfillment. Of course, there are brown nosers and ass kissers, but we don’t have to do that to fulfill the needs of others (unless those “others” are part of Goldman Sachs or BP).

We need only increase our mental performance levels to higher levels of efficiency; this is one benefit of The Big Picture, my new album. Another benefit is to get us meditating in a good way: On Fulfillment.

Efforts vs. Rewards

What we really want out of the Great River of Life is to reap equal amounts of rewards from the efforts we sow – probably more; healing, mindful efforts are all about fulfilling the needs and desires of others with the greatest efficiency possible, so we DON’T have to be workaholics spending precious time away from our loved ones.

Fulfilling the needs of others may seem demeaning or obscure at times only because we fail to see The Big Picture of efforts versus rewards. As I’ve heard from a number of activists from different sects, “Most people fail to see the big picture… which is why human society is in so much trouble.” I want people to see and understand how we are all part of The Big Picture

When I saw that Elton John and Bob Dylan had albums of the same name, I couldn’t resist, although mine is more fulfillment rather than entertainment oriented. The inspirations for this album may surprise you, but I reserve that for later.

Each song has a slightly different purpose according to brainwave entrainment, music, meditation, and a few other elements. Here is a run down:

  1. Thought into Action – Electro Rock-a-Billy World Fusion Storm increases your concentration and focus to help improve your academic performance or work productivity.
  2. Design Beneath Disorder – New Age Trance Fusion Storm increases your creative focus for artwork, writing, reading, and brainstorming. 12 Hz high alpha rhythm session focuses the mind, but keeps you close enough to alpha to access higher states of creativity and intuition.
  3. The Big Picture – Grand Funk-a-Fusion Acoustic Guitar Storm speeds up your brain, increases activity, and encourages brain growth. Listen during work time, play time, or rehab from sickness or injury.

The Big Picture works best when you listen to it passively. For this album to be most effective, simply play it in the background while you go about your normal daily focused activities – which is on YOUR work.

Turn the volume on your stereo system up just enough so you can hear the rain in the background. The rest comes naturally. A stereo system is best because there are a lot of panning effects. Repeat the entrainments that you need the most.

Use caution when operating dangerous equipment while listening because this album can induce a trance state, albeit a waking trance.

And Now, for a Give Away

To celebrate the pre-release of The Big Picture, I am giving away 10 of my personal copies to the first 10 New Subscribers of Way of the MindGate Newsletter who reply to me with their names and addresses. BUT I want something in return for my effort: I want your review of this album at Amazon when it gets listed.

Of course, I want your complete honesty. Whether you love it or hate it, I want your review in return for a copy.

Agreed? OK. As for the rest of you who respond, I will provide a deep discount to you when The Big Picture becomes available. Your private information is always kept private and will not be provided to a third party in any way, shape, or form.

And, I haven’t forgotten about that little offer I made to my subscribers a while back. If anyone on my list thinks they can recite meditations better than me, there is an open invitation to you to redo “Thoughts into Action” or “Design Beneath Disorder” using your voice!

When you join Way of the MindGate Newsletter, simply reply to me with “I can do it better” in the subject of your email. Then I will get back to you with the terms. For example, in exchange, I would want your review of my service.

I can’t offer “The Big Picture” redo right now because I’m busy marketing the album. “The Big Picture” is a mega huge $5000+ job whereas the other two are only about $2000. I can only provide so much fulfillment right now.

I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance.

Healing Thoughts,

Randolph Fabian Directo

P.S. The Big Picture is based on recent clinical studies at the Department of Psychology, Goldsmiths, University of London, Lewisham Way, New Cross, London and Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, the Program in Cognitive Science, and the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute, University of California, Berkeley indicate that entrainment of waking rhythms in subjects increased neural activity and neural plasticity in varying brain regions using varying modes of stimulation.

P.S.S I listened to The Big Picture as I wrote this. Do you think it helped?
