Spread the love

Gerald O’Donnell of ARVARI has invited us to a teleseminar in regards to current world issues. He will address social mood, certain personal problems we may be having because of negative events happening around us, and what we can do about it:

I’m glad you’re reading this because this upcoming teleseminar (aka telephone seminar) is going to shed some light on all the chaos in the world today and what YOU can do about it.This is Gerald O’Donnell, founder of Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing. Join me next week for a FREE teleseminar on the nature of reality.

Tuesday, August 10 at 6pm EST / 3pm Pacific / 10pm UTC/GMT

for a life-changing call on…

Alternative Solutions Until the Teleseminar

If you’re looking for a way to remove negative feelings you may be experiencing at this moment, I recommend ten minutes of vigorous exercise.

I bet you thought I was going to recommend EFT or some sort of meditation to remove despair and depression. Of course, I recommend those too, BUT the solution with the most immediate effect is vigorous exercise. Here’s why:

Study: 10 minutes of exercise, hour-long effects1

Ten minutes of brisk exercise triggers metabolic changes that last at least an hour. The unfair news for panting newbies: The more fit you are, the more benefits you just might be getting.

“..Ten minutes of exercise has at least an hour of effects on your body,” says Gerszten, who found some of the metabolic changes that began after 10 minutes on the treadmill still were measurable 60 minutes after people cooled down.

Your heart rate rapidly drops back to normal when you quit moving, usually in 10 minutes or so. So finding lingering biochemical changes offers what Gerszten calls “tantalizing evidence” of how exercise may be building up longer-term benefits.

Exercise’s brain benefits2

Athletes have long known about the natural “high” exercise can induce. Now, for the first time, medical researchers have demonstrated that exercise can reverse the effects in the brain of psychological trauma experienced early in life.

Exercise can ameliorate anxiety and depression-like behaviours induced by an adverse early-life environment by altering the chemical composition in the hippocampus – the part of the brain that regulates stress response, researchers from UNSW have found.

The findings, derived from studies on lab rats, are further evidence of the plasticity of the brain and its ability to re-map neural networks. Previous studies from UNSW’s School of Medical Sciences have shown that comfort eating – eating palatable food rich in fat and sugar – achieves similar results.

With many neurological diseases displaying origins in early life, the researchers believe the results could provide clues for novel ways to tackle a range of mood and behaviour disorders.

“What’s exciting about this is that we are able to reverse a behavioural deficit that was caused by a traumatic event early in life, simply through exercise,” said Professor of Pharmacology Margaret Morris, who will present the findings this week at the International Congress of Obesity in Stockholm…

Exercise and caloric restriction rejuvenate synapses in lab mice3

Harvard University researchers have uncovered a mechanism through which caloric restriction and exercise delay some of the debilitating effects of aging by rejuvenating connections between nerves and the muscles that they control.

The research, conducted in the labs of Joshua Sanes and Jeff Lichtman and described this week in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, begins to explain prior findings that exercise and restricted-calorie diets help to stave off the mental and physical degeneration of aging.

“Caloric restriction and exercise have numerous, dramatic effects on our mental acuity and motor ability,” says Sanes, a professor of molecular and cellular biology and director of the Center for Brain Science at Harvard. “This research gives us a hint that the way these extremely powerful lifestyle factors act is by attenuating or reversing the decline in our synapses…”

That last titbit means we need to cut out the junk food empty calories and eat fresh, organic fruits, vegetables and other places lower on the food chain; that is, if you must eat meat, eat organic. I know the processed foods are convenient, but they tend to contain life-negative preservatives and empty calories – especially after microwaving. After microwaving in plastic containers, food contains bromines, BPA, and who knows what other life negative substance.

As you can tell, I’m a big fan of biomedical research as well. If you want to look further into what foods are conducive to a healthy lifestyle, please look up Dr. Joseph Mercola’s website. People all over the world who want to stay healthy hold Dr. Mercola’s work in the highest regard.

My Remote Viewing Lottery Fiasco and Current World Issues

Let me ask you a very important question which is related to Gerald’s upcoming discussion: Would you agree that a healthy body is conducive to a healthy mind? Yes?

In the past, I’ve mentioned that we are spiritual beings inextricably connected to physical bodies. Do you agree with this notion? If you do, please proceed.

Do you believe our planet also has a spiritual body? Do you believe all celestial bodies have a spiritual body? The old religions believe that all things, all life, has a spiritual body inextricably connected to a physical body. If yes, please proceed.

The old religions also believe that we are all spiritually connected in that we “resonate” with kindred spirits. That goes with the saying, “birds of a feather flock together.” In this sense, we also have intuitive feelings about others. Do you agree that people who think alike or resonate with each other are, somehow, “spiritually connected?” If yes, please proceed.

Since all life and all things containing life has a spiritual body, do you believe we are also spiritually connected to places like bodies of water and other forms of life like dolphins? Native Americans believe we are so deeply connected to the earth and sky that the world around us responds to the way we think and feel. I feel the same.

For example, If we imagine the Gulf of Mexico as a person and we are spiritually connected with this person, what state of mind would you say the Gulf of Mexico is experiencing right now?

What if you knew that the Gulf of Mexico is basically “the heart” of all the oceans of the world? “The heart” affects all other parts of the body – all the oceans. How do you believe the earth feels right now?

Careless humans have been polluting the oceans for several centuries, but the damage has never been of this magnitude. With complete malice of intent, BP cracked the earth’s mantle; this happened around mid-April, about the same time that I wanted to remote view some lottery numbers for Way of the MindGate Subscribers.

I have, or at least, I had a special connection with the Gulf of Mexico. I feel like everything’s gone haywire now. I feel empty like part of me died. It’s the same horror of watching a loved one die a long, torturous death by leeches and vermin, unable to stop it because I’m being held back at gun point.

I apologize for not fulfilling my promise to Way of the MindGate Subscribers, but there are bigger, more personal things than winning the lottery – like winning back our lives and the life of this planet. Can we learn to heal the world around us?

Gerald can help us do that. Thank you for your time.

Healing thoughts,

Randolph Fabian Directo

Dunno about you…but I thought the tele-seminar was quite boring…

Maybe you could have a post on the gist of what he was saying?

Look at my next post for a gist. If you were bored by the teleseminar, perhaps this subject of psychoenergetics is not your cup of tea. What were you expecting?

Dunno what exactly I was expecting. Maybe something about the nature of reality like he spoke about in his previous tele seminars…..

Also, I think I find Gerald’s style of speech difficult to follow…he also at time seems to be repeating the same things over and over again….maybe that’s why i got bored.

Thanks for the gist though….
