Q: When do you think the United States will return to a semblance of normal, if you could predict it?

A: Compared to other large and diverse countries, the U.S. is unique in that every state can devise its own policy, which means you are seeing 52 different experiments happening in the same county.

Some states, like Massachusetts, have done remarkably well, but others have not, and it comes down to variations in state policies.

All this is to say that it’s difficult to predict when normalcy will return to the country as a whole.

Julie Healy, head of programmes at Barnardos NI, said: “With the new term on the horizon, schools are preparing to continue their learning in a changed environment and we must act on this opportunity to put children’s mental health at the heart of education.”

She said for many children, school is their lifeline, their safe space, and going back to school will offer vital support.

“Schools cannot take on this challenge alone though, and support and guidance from our Government will be crucial,” Ms Healy said.

“Based on the findings of our survey, we’re calling for the mental health and well being of pupils to be prioritised in the recovery curriculum.

“We’d also like to see clear, child-centred guidance developed in consultation with schools, and increased investment for mental health support in schools.” – PA

COVID-19 disproportionately affecting mental, physical health of families with children

..In the current national survey conducted in the U.S., the investigators aimed to determine how the pandemic and related quarantine efforts affected the emotional and physical well-being of children and parents in the U.S. through early June. They administered the survey to parents with children younger than 18 years on changes in their health, insurance status, childcare, use of public food assistance resource, food security and use of health care services since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Results showed 27% of parents reported worsening mental health for themselves, and 14% reported worsening behavioral health for their children since March. Before vs. after March, the proportion of families with moderate or severe food insecurity increased from 6% to 8%, employer-sponsored insurance coverage of children decreased from 63% to 60% and 24% of parents reported losing regular childcare. Further, parental worsening mental health occurred along with worsening child behavioral health for children in nearly one in 10 families. Of these families, 48% reported loss of regular childcare, 16% reported insurance status change and 11% reported worsening food security…

“I think kids who are vulnerable to depression, either due to family history or previous diagnosis, will be at greater risk. Kids with anxiety disorders, who were school phobic, did great now, but we’ve lost a lot of ground [in terms of reintegration].” Basically, she says, we can expect to see a “worsening of pre-existing vulnerabilities, leading to serious psychiatric issues.” She also emphasizes that, “all of these are potentially things to worry about, as part of a trauma and loss story…”

With extended parental depression, says Dr Briggs, “Even toddlers themselves can become depressed. They may show changes in eating, sleeping and engagement. One of the most wonderful toddler characteristics is their glee in everything we put in front of them. A sign of concern would be if their affect is blunting,” she explains.

Of course, these are simply areas of concern. The extended impact of COVID-19 isolation will depend on how long it lasts, and how families and clinicians respond to this period…

The bottom line? Just like Dr Briggs, Dr Fink says much of the work here falls on parents. “As we do it, our kids will do it. We must acknowledge that it’s really hard. We’re sad and mad. But we can also figure out ways to do things differently. And that’s a good starting point.”

Affirmations are one of the easiest learning tools you can use to help shift negative thinking.  Affirmations are as simple as repeating a positive statement over and over until you finally believe the statement yourself.  Affirmations can replace bad habits with constructive actions.  Because your reality is created by programming yourself with negative comments and beliefs for a long time, it takes practice and patience to turn off that kind of inner thinking which is one of the functions of linear time.  Stop believing that there is a lack of anything in your life, for everything in the Kingdom of God is attainable here and now.  There is an abundance available to everyone that is not only a dream.  A persistent attitude and a sincere desire to change is all it takes.  Your mind is more than ready to physically manifest this wonderful new attitude.  All seeds need to be planted and then nurtured with tender loving care in order to take root and grow.  “So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” [Mark 11:24]
After working with affirmations for awhile, you will notice that you no longer convince yourself that you are sick, or you do not have enough money, or wish you had a better job, or long for a better relationship, etc.  You start to attract all of the things you desire by simply telling yourself that you deserve them.  Your faith and a knowing of your true reality and inheritance from the Father brings all that you need to you.
You can create any type of affirmation that you wish.  Design them for a specific aspect of your personality that you need to overcome.  Preface any affirmation by saying, “Jesus Christ is in Me, Through me, Around me, with the Father.”  This macro-affirmation is the software that runs the reality computer. 

What ever affirmation you create will be a meaningful and personal one.  All affirmations must be “zero-time based.”  In other words, only related to NOW – not the past or the future.  (Linear time is an important aspect of our separation from the spiritual world in our physical existence. Remember that Lucifer’s original fall from grace established physical reality which exists in linear time which is a limited sense of reality. Spiritual reality consists of all events, past, present, and future existing independently of linear time: An unlimited sense of reality.)

1.There is only Love, peace and harmony in and through me.  I attract People, situations, and things that are all positive.  I know that my experiences are all according to Divine Plan.  I know this to be true because I am a beloved Child of God.

Depression will affect one third of adults in the United States sometime during their lives. At any given time, 5% of adults are depressed, with women being three times likely as men to suffer depression. Although the median age of onset of depression is 25 years, the initial episode can occur at any age.

Most persons who experience depressive symptoms have a minor depression. Fortunately, almost all sufferers recover completely from a single episode of depression. Major depression is a recurrent disorder, and the risk of further episodes increases with each subsequent episode. Depression is a significant risk factor for suicide among men and women, young and old.

Psychologists believe that depression is due to a deficiency in one or more of three chemicals (neurotransmittors) in the brain called mono amines: serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. (What they don’t believe is that the depression creates the neuro-chemical condition – more on this later.)

Most cases of depression are treated with a combination of medication and psychological counseling or psychotherapy. Pharmacological approaches attempt to correct the chemical imbalance that is causing the depression. Treatment usually consists of medications and psychotherapy. Severe cases may warrant electroconvulsive therapy. (Shock Therapy for any reason belongs in the dark ages. ‘Would you like some leeches with your electrodes?’)

To most people depression is a ‘fact of life.’ How many people in this ‘modern,’ ‘civilized’ world are taught about depression? How many of us know know all of its manifestations? How many of us care about it until it manifests itself as suicide or homicide by loved ones and high school kids? Do you know that depression weakens the body’s immune system and makes it more susceptible to disease?

Even worse, did you know that depression weakens the mind and convictions leaving the person open to evil temptations? How many people know-or even care-about prophylaxis against depression versus the number of people who have it on this planet?

First, let’s talk about yours. (Even if a loved one has it, it’s still yours because YOU have to live with it.) How did it happen? Social stress? Work related stress? (e.g. Australia is big on economic/work related depression.) Personal stress? ‘Chemical imbalance?’ Or is there a bigger source of stress – a fact that is so huge, yet so simple that it exists like the world beneath our feet? How do we cope with depression of the soul? That’s what it is: Oppression of the spirit depresses the soul.

We should recognize depression. We should see it coming like a dreaded ghost ship coming off the misty horizon. Most of us don’t see it coming. Most of us don’t want to see it coming; it grows and spreads not much different than a malignant cancer. Once depression is rooted and takes hold, it has, in it’s own way, replaced the person that we knew. Depression is strong enough to take on a life of its own. The person that depression controls is different from the original. At its onset depression is unrecognizable. We usually call them idiosyncrasies, but the signs are evident:

When we are “nice” at the expense of our health, we set ourselves up to develop disease. Civilization has it’s price. We cannot afford to allow situations to continually gnaw at our insides in silence. “Every doctor is familiar with the ‘cancer personality’…. “The nicest person in the world” say his friends and relatives, “This should not have happened to him” (Dr. Kennedy)

The “nicest person in the world” lies on a continuous basis to the people who are closest to him, at first, to protect his relationships with them, but later for the main reason of feeding the cancer known as depression. He may even lie to protect depression by denying that he has it, but the most ostensible ones are those who not only admit to depression; they empower it.

A depressed person believes that depression provides insight; this is a positive hallucination or a trance state that is meant to protect the emotional securities of the depressed personality.

By denoting one or more life-positive aspects to a condition which is obviously nothing more than life-negative, the depressed person justifies, therefore, protects depression. The cancer personality enjoys his anonymity, so he will notspeakoutloud to people or make public knowledge of himself or his ideas. In essence, he avoids emotional outbursts that may cause personal confrontation from others.

The more he sinks away from people and physical reality, the more of an ally his depression becomes. The original person slowly shrinks away as the cancer personality slowly takes over. The cancer personality also develops logic and reasoning for his condition to further justify it. He might try to seek help for himself and enjoys talking about his condition, but he will do this as a challenge to those who would “cure” him. The cancer personality only accepts those ideas which please the cancer. The cancer personality rejects life-positive ideals.

A cancerous mind pattern is truly sub-human; it does not really seek methods of healing – only pieces of concepts that feed his system of logic. Ideas are only accepted if they fit into that tiny “box” known by the cancer personality as his own “special” code of ethics.

Unfortunately, the cancer personality is a product of modern day decadent society, depressed human culture, which isn’t special or individual at all. Eventually, the original person is just a puppet and the cancer known as depression is the puppeteer; the puppeteer is satan.

A cancerous biopathy from other sources is not much different. Depression and cancer go hand in hand since this mental state tends to depress the autonomic and immune systems in the body. The ritual system of drugs and chemotherapy provided by “modern oncology” is also depressing.

Remember, it is the immune system that fights cancer. Any type of stress that leads to cancerous biopathy is devastating to our immune systems. This may be the most difficult area of managing our lives in order to get well – especially in a life-negative, industrial society where toxic industries think nothing of polluting and killing life on this planet while the public at large is either too complacent or fearful to do anything about it.

We can be loyal to our business relationships, our politics, and a government corrupt at the highest levels at the expense of our health. New Suicide-Depression Warning Issued

More than a year ago, I posted news of a warning label added to antidepressants — as mandated by the FDA — cautioning physicians to pay close attention to patients taking these drugs for the first time (over the first few weeks) or changing their dosages for suicidal tendencies. The FDA issued its second warning for antidepressants in some 16 months — and a much stronger one at that — last Friday, again urging the monitoring of adults who use these potentially toxic drugs for warning signs of suicide.

The new warning — applicable to adults and children — was a response to recent studies that linked suicidal behavior in adults to their use of antidepressants. The FDA also announced a review of antidepressant drugs — unfortunately based on data provided by manufacturers — to determine the extent of the risk of suicide that should take more than a year to complete.

The drugs affected by the new labeling:

  • Bupropion (Wellbutrin)
  • Citalopram (Celexa)
  • Fluoxetine (Prozac)
  • Fluvoxamine (Luvox)
  • Mirtazapine (Remeron)
  • Nefazodone (Serzone)
  • Paroxetine (Paxil)
  • Sertraline (Zoloft)
  • Escitalopram (Lexapro)
  • Venlafaxine (Effexor)

In an interesting aside as to how the FDA may be leaning, the agency also updated its Web site about a far higher-than-expected number of suicide attempts in studies analyzing the effectiveness of Cymbalta for incontinence, an off-label use of the drug. Another study I posted last year measured Cymbalta’s effectiveness with “curing” fibromyalgia.

All the more reason you should be running as fast as you can from anyone recommending antidepressants, as they are never a safe or appropriate treatment. Some helpful ways you can treat your depression effectively and safely:

What is a Christian Perspective of Depression?

Depression can exist for anyone no matter their beliefs or religion. We know there is greater truth than what is presented to us at school,television, the newspaper or our family doctor. WE realize that there is a deeper truth concerning our nature and the nurturing of our spirits.

All of us should be taught how to deal with depression and its servants, but we’re not – far from it. Rather than rely on mainstream psychiatry and their anti-depressants, can we agree that we would be far more empowered by being self reliant? Wouldn’t we be better off by understanding and nurturing the life within us and all around us rather than depend on drugs to kill our senses to make us “feel better?”

Please realize that this author cannot lay claim to perfection. I have battled depression enough times in my life because I have had so many downs. Somehow, I developed morals and ethics in my own search for the truth. Of course, I would prefer to be devoting my life to the sciences. Instead, I’m stuck here as a webmaster telling you this: Unless human society on this planet becomes more spiritually advanced, my work in the sciences means nothing. Have I set myself up for disappointment again? Will I be battling depression again because I have too many expectations from YOU, my dear reader? I think not.

I don’t put you on a pedastel – just like I don’t put our government ‘leaders,’ health ‘authorities,’ and our ‘all-knowing’ media on a pedastel. I have learned to think of all of you as my EQUAL. If anything you have to say sounds suspect, I will research it myself to find the truth.

I do have expectations from myself, but not from any of you. You are my equals, individuals who live by your own code. You are made in God’s image, with your own free will. The only one I put on that almighty pedastel is God. I have put my faith in God – and God always provides a back up plan, just like the fantastic science and discoveries He provides.

I do not look down on you, my dear reader, but I do need you to know your place before we begin: I want us to see eye-to-eye. If you let depression take hold of you, then you have somehow excluded God from your life. At this point, I will have to ask the atheists to leave because the only thing you have placed your faith in is death and the scientific cretinism of the dark ages. GO!

{The problem with atheists is that they have taken so many decadent concepts to heart that they have trouble digesting this paper with an objective mind. At the same time, they have many troubles in their personal lives because they fail to nurture their own spirits and that of the lives around them.

In general, atheists are too quick to stereotype others – especially people like me when talking about God and spiritualism – and they tend to question the critical thinking of everyone except themselves (read “Constructs of Belief“).

If you are an atheist – or worse, a depressed atheist, then there is nothing I can offer to you. You just shouldn’t be here.

How do I know if I Want to cure myself from depression?

Like any problem if there are not enough facts to solve depression, we have to do more research to gather more facts. Since we are talking about you – not a laboratory or a math equation – we factor in the human element: You must WANT to be better.

I know it sounds simple, even non-sensical to ask since you are here, but: Do You Want to Get Better? Depression doesn’t just gain a life of its own, it gains a mind of its own. Like cancer it will lie, cheat, and steal to stay alive.

Depression serves only one master, Satan. There is the possibility that depression has brought you here to learn about its enemy. Remember Sun Tzu’s ‘Art of War,’ “Know thine enemy as well as you know thyself.”

Depression knows everything that you know. It will try to protect itself by blocking your attempts at getting well. You may Learn how to cope with depression here, but later, when you least expect it, a small voice inside you may say, “It’s a fact of life… Life is too difficult… I can’t do it… I want to be alone… Tell them to go away…” That’s depression talking to you. Depression is a demon whispering to you, programming you to fail from the inside. You have to expect how this demon may counter what you have learned here. Know thine Enemy.

How do I breathe to cure myself of depression?

Your Breath is Spiritual – Breath out the Evil, Breath in the Good. We start with a basic autonomic function: The Breath“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters” (Genesis 1:1-2).

The word for “spirit” for the ancient Hebrews (also pneuma or anemos for the Greeks and animus or anima for the Romans) was the same for “breath.”

What is meant by the words “And the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters” is that the breath of God caused visible ripples upon the dark mirror surface of the waters of chaos creating form from formlessness.

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul” (Genesis 2:7).

The Shape of our souls was determined by the expressed Word in the vital Breath of God when he inspired life into Adam. Your spiritual awakening is directly proportional to your inner most true desire to overcome this reality. Your Breath, the flow of God’s divine spark, is directly proportional to your spiritual awakening: The weaker the breath the weaker the divine spark.

The Gist: You imagine the air around you. You imagine the air within you. Your breath is your life, ergo, you become what you breathe. Strangely enough, depressed people are more mindful of their breathing than the average person, but imagine and feel things from a dark perspective. Depressed people must instead focus on the origins of the breath: Creation of Life.

What are the Foundations of Depression?

The human nervous system is directly related to the world around it. Disturbed breathing patterns can be evoked at a subconscious level. Human nervous systems are structurally similar, but are never exactly the same. Any human nervous system is affected by events verbal or non-verbal.

Any event can affect the body and mind as a whole. For the sake of sanity, remember:

  1. first is the event, the initial stimulus;
  2. second is the nervous impact of the event via the senses;
  3. third is the emotional reaction, based upon past experience of the individual, and
  4. fourth comes the verbal reaction.

Most individuals identify the first and the fourth steps and are not aware that the second and third exist. Because children and neurotic grown ups are incapable of refined discrimination, many experiences shock their nervous systems so violently that psychiatrists have evolved a special word for the result – Trauma. Carried over into later years these traumas can so entangle an individual that neurosis, psychosis, and depression can result.

Almost every individual has had several traumatic experiences. The functions which sustain us such as our vision, speech, clarity of thought, breathing, circulatory system, and the sexual function are the casualties of stress.

We practice a form of triage here and work on the breathing first since it sustains us. I don’t just mean that it keeps us alive. God created us in His Own Image, therefore, we create ourselves everyday through our own thoughts, beliefs, and actions.

In turn, the form and functions of the body follow the mind pattern of the soul personality. Wilhelm Reich discovered in his clinical practice that an autonomic function can be objectified through practice which can make it subject to conscious control.

Decades later, the research psychologists at Stanford University rediscovered the same principle when studying people who practice meditation among other ancient forms of mental discipline.

In fact, Dr. Reich ‘discovered’ a very old principle of vegetotherapy known by the ancients who practiced QiGong, Transcendental Meditation, the Kabbalah, and other such disciplines: The way we breathe sustains who we are. Any function in the body, from parasympathetic to sympathetic, can be objectified or controlled through meditative practice which includes disciplined deep breathing patterns.

Our breathing patterns are integral to our blood chemistry so, that other 65 to 70% percent of our brains can work and do the most fantastic things that humans are meant to do. Unfortunately, a depressed breathing pattern takes us in the wrong direction.

A depressed breathing pattern is a secondary autonomic function. A depressed person tends to hypo ventilate or have shortness of breath. Hypoventilation acidifies the blood creating a constant imbalance in the blood chemistry. The body will try tomakeupfor this imbalance by ‘sighing’ or taking a deep breath, thereby taking in more oxygen.

Maybe you have seen this in old people at rest homes or young people at school try to get through the day. They are ‘sighing’ because they are being depressed by their environment; They are being depressed by their peers; They are being depressed because they feel that things could be better – and they’re right.

By the same token, depression is self induced by their own reaction to to a bland environment or lack of stimulus. By establishing a correct breathing pattern you create a hostile environment for depression; in turn, this means we need a stimulating environment to evoke life-positive breathing patterns. Please look up the Mozart Effect for an example.

Cleansing Breathes‘ are the best way to begin. Breathing by this type of deliberation not only objectifies the breathing function it really does cleanse the ‘light‘ within each cell of our bodies. Your ‘light’ energy creates YOU. Energy creates Matter. Your mind pattern programs this energy to create you. I’m not talking about eating; that only sustains the building blocks of your body. I’m not talking about your parents; they established a DNA pattern which is 60% of you.

I’m talking about your mind patterns, the 40% of you which is all yours to program the ‘light’ within your own body, the collective consciousness of each cell in your body which is your soul-personality. Remember, “I Am Who I Am” (Exodus 3:14). God created you as “I Am,” perfection in creation, in His Image. That means you have the ability to create yourself. You are your own microcosm. You program the energy in your body and your energy creates You. Revelation!

For example, blood represents the joy of life as it flows throughout your body. Blood loss indicates a loss of joy in your life. A female with a heavy menstrual flow indicates that she feels a loss of joy in her womanhood, and needs to look at her love relationships. Highbloodpressureshows stress in the avenues of life chosen to express joy. Fat is literally a barrier that you erect to protect yourself from experiences. Often, extremely obese people are victims of sexual abuse. They amass the weight to make themselves undesirable to others, thereby precluding any further sexual encounters. If you have a mind-pattern for insulation, regardless of what you eat, you will stay insulated. Diets do not ever work.

After you have practiced ‘Cleansing Breathes‘ for a few days you can also incorporate the next set of breathing exercises (click on Breathing Exercises). The next set is slightly more advanced. They are designed to purify the mind, body, and soul-personality. Don’t worry if you can’t do all the exercises. Just do what ever you can. Take baby steps. Work your way up.

The premise for working on these breathing exercises here is to ‘push’ the superconducting traits of your cellular matter to fire up your soul personality. You don’t have to be of the physical stamina to hold your breath or need the endurance to do yogic breathing to have correct breathing.

On the other hand, if you ask God to help you, you probably can. (Whenever I have a trouble with an exercise or lifting weights that’s what I usually do: “Hey God, how ’bout a little help here?”) Your inner strength comes from your passion to live. Your passion for life in being the best you can be has to come from some where.

For those of you who have spent at least a week at ‘Prelude to Chi Kung: Breathing Exercises,’ you probably have some questions regarding their relationship to our purpose here. I like to follow a treatise in karate for breaking boards: Focus slightly beyond the target.

That is exactly what we are doing here. Depression is the object we must break, so, at the moment, we are focusing slightly beyond it into different realms of personal achievement such as cleansing breaths, relaxation, and psychic dowsing.

What does my Spiritual Concept of Myself have to do with Depression?

For those of you who have come this far I should hope that your frame of mind has been focused from “poor little you..” to a greater possibility of you. There is more to this reality than is being offered to you by mainstream thinkers. By the same token there is much more to you.

By the same token, if you have attracted the demon known as ‘depression’ into your life, then you must also be playing the prodigal son or daughter to a spiritually bereft society.

Are your values balanced? ‘Nostril Breathing’ from Breathing Exercises indicated if your breathing isn’t balanced, then your mind patterns are not balanced. An unbalanced mind pattern, in turn, leads to an unbalanced soul personality. An unbalanced soul-personality, in turn leads to a malfunctioning person: Whether you’re depressed, whether you’re psychotic or neurotic or diseased; IT DOESN’T MATTER!! What matters is the value system, attitudes, and preconceived notions that have been pushed onto you and the way you are reacting to them.

God gave us a left and right brain that oppose each other for a reason. They are symbols. They represent the link between the physical world, or the original fall from grace and the spiritual world, the original time line. Each of us can have any of these qualities listed, left and right brain depending on where we root our emotions. The point is, which qualities do you celebrate? I’m willing to bet that the first behaviors and emotions that you want to talk about everyday are from the left brain. Why?

They are the first qualities that people want to talk about on mainstream media, at work, in school, ad infinitum…

Of course, all of us aspire, exclusively, to right brain thinking. The problem is we have to deal with left brain thinkers again in the physical world in the form of our co-workers, our friends, our family, and, yes, even you and me. What does all of this have to do with depression? If you have studied the left brain’s negative characteristics, then you see that a personality rooted in fear is devoid of spirituality.

If you dwell on nothing but this void, then that’s the source of your depression. Who teaches us spiritual thinking to root our emotions in love? Our parents? Our teachers? Our Ministry? Is there anyone outside of ourselves who can create this balanced mind pattern between left and right brain? There is only one.

The one person, besides God, who we live with twenty four hours a day is the only one who can solve the depression. God’s guidance helps us solve the problem to any lesson, but we bring the lessons into our lives. Depression is one of the biggest lessons of all.

You create yourself every day through your mind-patterns: your beliefs, your expressions, your obsessions, your reason to live – and your mind patterns reflect your reality. ( “As A Man Thinketh In His Heart, So He Is” – Proverbs 27:19). You should know that prayer is no different from lamentation when God gave us our power: “So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” (Mark 11:24).

Because your lamentation like prayer is incensed with emotion you give power to sadness and turmoil and bring it into your life. Your experiences reflect your thinking, thoughts reflect action, action reflects reality:

"7. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: 
for whatsoever a man soweth, 
that shall he also reap. 
8. For he that soweth to his flesh 
shall of the flesh reap corruption; 
but he that soweth to the Spirit 
shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 
{As Ye Sow, so shall Ye Reap}" [Galatians 6:7-8].

You create your own thoughts, no one else. Your thinking influences your actions and reactions as you create what you see. Depression takes advantage of the ego (left brain). Depression hides behind the ego. Influenced by depression, the ego distorts thoughts since fear of anything is rooted within the ego.

Fear rooted in the ego-centric person evolves into a form of trance logic; this creates a person with a lot of conviction about their distorted sense of reality.

The Ego does not acknowledge its own tremendous negativity; it uses cloaking, self-deception, and finds whomever or whatever to convince itself that the problem is not within.

The Ego actually imposes its thinking onto other people. As a depressed person, you may perceive others as imposing their beliefs. You end up perceiving the rest of the world as depressed, therefore, you are depressed.

The ego is directly attached to physical reality since it represents Lucifer’s original fall from grace: “Look what I have created.” As a depressed person, you have set limitations on yourself and all of reality and there is nothing more devoid of God than a limited view of reality – especially when rooted in fear.

Our physical bodies are the limiting factor. The body is an egotistical, physical, limited object; it is the physical symbol of the separation from the Mind of God. People view each other as separate entities of different sex, color, age, height, beliefs, etc., instead of viewing these bodies as different aspects of the One Soul-Personality, God.

We are all aspects of the same Soul-Personality, given freedom of will because God is All That Is. There is only One Creator, wherein, we are all reflections of the One Creator.

(Satan does not have the power denoted to him; he is only the life-negative aspect of God, Who allows evil to exist as part of our lesson in physical reality, so we know the difference. We are each creators of our own microcosm, our own universe.)

Since we are all individual aspects of God and the power that God gives us is our eternal salvation then we must also use our power in this physical plane – in the form of forgiveness.

How can Forgiving Myself Cure Depression?

In the physical plain we are given the lessons by God which lead to our personal salvation. We draw experiences to ourselves according to our mind-patterns. If a negative experience is drawn to us, this means we must correct an imbalance in our mind-patterns. This world being full of negative experiences can easily be dealt with if we stop dwelling on negative experiences of the past.

The past is an illusion. Dwelling on negative experience only brings more negative experience. Forgiving the negative experience as a lesson to be learned and a cause for change invokes our salvation and clears the way for a better world. Any person, place, or thing that provides a negative experience must be forgiven. We must let go of memories that only cause negative emotions. Since you are the only one who can rid yourself of depression you must ask yourself, “Do I contribute positive or negative energy to the healing of myself?” You can see any number of doctors, specialists, and priests for an inordinate amount of time. If your attitude does not contribute to your healing, then you cannot heal. You must learn to forgive yourself, not only for your life to continue, Your Salvation.

You must learn to forgive every aspect of your life because this is all you have encountered; this includes your sex life, your social life, your family life, and your working life. Do not misinterpret forgiveness. Forgiveness is not just turning the other cheek. (Christ was just showing what He was made of: No Fear.) Forgiveness is the epiphany of letting go and moving on. Call me a dreamer. I have learned to forgive. I see people in a different light since I look beyond physical appearances: The person may not be aware of the Christ within, so he projects incorrect mind-patterns. I always try to see the Christ within everyone, so this empowers the Christ.

Remember, the actions of anyone who is ego influenced is separate from the Christ, who is truly within that person. By accepting and understanding who is within yourself and the people you attract, you view others in a more Christic fashion. Ask yourself, “Why would Christ argue with Christ?” Seeing yourself the same way prevents arguments, fights, and disagreements of all kinds. Be like Christ: Offer your personal salvation through forgiveness.

Most of all you must forgive yourself for having the depression. You have it because you have reached a turning point in your life. It’s time to let go of those memories that hurt you. It’s time to let go of a life that is hurting you. Close that door to the life that is hurting you. Open two or three alternative doors to your passion for life.

In order for you to continue with your life and your salvation, YOU must forgive, let go, and change for the better. You are a living aspect of God. You already know how you must change and what direction you must go. Peace be with You.

State of Affairs of Human Society

What is the status of human society at this moment?

Right now, humanity is living in a fairy tale story book world. Most fairy tales have a happy ending. Some have sad endings. Some have a moral to their story.

If I dared to simplify our situation, then I would compare ours to Cinderella. Nothing is really simple in true life, but let’s take a moment to understand this fairy tale.

By the way, I’ve only been subjected to the Disney iterations of Cinderella. I barely recall the Grimm Version from when I was a child. I’m pretty sure that version would still be happier than what we have now.

Let’s Summarize (a Disney Version) of Cinderella

Ella, by unfortunate happenstance, only had her step mother and two step sisters after losing her parents. In the version of Cinderella I recall, Ella’s step family moved into her father’s house – as he was living. The in-laws seemed nice enough until her father passed away, in a far away place.

Authoritarian Tyrants Reveal Themselves

The relationship between Ella and her step family changed after that: She became their servant and they became tyrants. They would actually heckle Ella and make her live like a slave, so she felt as low as possible.

However, Ella remained resilient from a lesson her mother taught her; something about courage and kindness. If there is a moral to Cinderella, I believe it is about courage and kindness.

Ella’s Chance Meeting with the Prince

One day, Ella wanted to get away from the tyrants, so she fled into the forest on horseback. Then her chance meeting with the prince had them both attracted to one another, relating to each other, and feeling wonderful. However, Ella rode away without divulging her personal information.

Down town, Ella heard of the ball where the prince was supposed to choose his wife. She helped her step sisters prepare for the ball. Then she prepared her own dress from one of her mother’s. Predictably, her step mother tore at it and said, “No.”

Ella’s Date at the Royal Ball

Thereupon, Ella’s fairy god mother prepared her for the ball in princess like riches (transforming pumpkin, mice, etc.). Ella found the prince at the ball. They affirmed their love for each other. As chance would have it, she had to run away at midnight before the magic went away. Fortunately, she left a glass slipper for her prince.

Ella’s Triumphantly Happy Ending

Somehow, her step mother found her other glass slipper – and smashed it. Then she locked Ella in the attic and plotted with the duke to make sure the prince would never find her.

However, the prince was resilient; he had faithful people helping him. The prince found Ella. They got married and lived happily every after. And those evil people left town – glass slipper notwithstanding.

How is Our Situation like Cinderella’s?

First of all, think of yourself in Ella’s place. Please suspend your belief system for a moment – as in a fairy tale. The tyrants have taken over YOUR house. The tyrants in your house are making YOU feel pretty low.

However, they have convinced you that they are treating you like a slave in your own house “for your own safety and security.” And you believe them.

We are Hostages for our “safety and security”

You believe everything they tell you for the “safety and security” of yourself and loved ones. After all, your mother died from some strange disease – when you were very young. Your father allegedly died from an unknown disease, far far away.

Logically,” the tyrants say, “You must have been born diseased, therefore, guilty of spreading the latest disease,” in spite of the fact that you look and feel fine with no symptoms of sickness.

Logically, since you are guilty of spreading the latest disease, then you must be guilty of asymptomatic transmission.”

Therefore, you are forced to follow whatever “health guidelines” the tyrants deem fit. For example, you must wear a mask over your head when you are around them to keep germs from spreading from that “contagious nozzle you call a face.”

The spiked mouthpiece within the mask serves as a further deterrent against the “dangerous” things you’ve been saying like “I’m not contagious” and “this is my house.” One morning, you woke up cold from lack of firewood and warm clothing, so you did have a few coughs and sneezes.

Now, your step sisters call you Covidella. They could have called you Rubella, but it was the middle of the flu season. In fact, the tyrannical mandates are making you sick and tired, but you’re afraid of mentioning this to anyone because it would be harmful and dangerous” according to the tyrants.

What about the Prince?

You can’t go out and be among others any time you want. One of the “health mandates” is that you must socially distance yourself from others. The curfew allows you to leave your dwelling at only certain times. Even when you do go out, you are told that you must wear your mask for “safety and security” of yourself and others.

When you visit others in the town square, you see they are all wearing similar masks, wherein, you can barely recognize or understand each other. Even if a prince or princess was among these people, you would both be suffering too much to take an interest in each other. The king’s “doctor” has ordered masks for the entire kingdom.

How long have these pirates been planning this fairy tale charade?

As luck would have it, the tyrants in our fairy tale were taking over key matters of state long before you and your royal prospects were born. You discovered that tyrant “in-laws” are not only in your house, but other people’s houses as well – including the royal palace itself.

So it would seem that you are not the only health risk;” the tyrants in their key positions throughout the entire kingdom mandated everyone to trade in their freedoms for “safety and security from disease.”

What about the Royal Ball?

There is no ball because the tyrants have ordered social distancing mandates for the entire kingdom. Touching and indoor entertainment affairs are not allowed. Everyone must follow social distancing mandates or suffer stiff penalties by order of tyrant doctors, dukes and duchesses.

Otherwise, entertainment affairs are allowed outside – if anyone is willing to suffer through the “health restrictions” and cold weather.

Lies, Continuous Proclamations, and Executive Orders (based on lies)

By the way, there is no rest for the weary town crier / propaganda mouthpiece. You know all of these things because the tyrants proclaim that they are wiser, more educated, and truer to their perceptions than you. In fact, they are so much more wiser and educated than you that they are cleaner than you, therefore, not contagious.

Being cleaner than you, they can break their own health mandates and do whatever they want including lots of entertainment and huge dinner parties – wherever they please, anytime they want.

Until recently, you couldn’t visit your favorite shops and street vendors because they were on lock down. Surprise, surprise. The lock down was lifted. Why? The king is dead (from the health mandates). The tyrants have taken over the royal palace. The prince is holed up somewhere.

But the disease of the times (whatever is considered “dangerous” by the tyrants) magically subsides – whenever and wherever convenient – especially when they know they have control.

What about My Fairy God Mother?

You wouldn’t recognize your fairy god mother even if she smacked you in the face with a glass slipper. You’re too sick and tired from tyrannical health restrictions to recognize magic or any type of spiritual revelation.

Your judgment is impaired from being sick and tired, so you wouldn’t recognize any kind of life-positive synchronicity or miracles. How could someone as sick and tired and judgment impaired as you recognize “magic?”

Why can’t You be Trusted?

Sometimes, you don’t even know your right from your left because of that mask. Most of the time, you don’t know the intentions of other people; you don’t know if they’re going up, down, right, left, or straight, or even if they’re moving because you’re so sick and tired. Therefore, you’ve grown suspicious of the intentions of others.

You’re judgment is so impaired from all the health requirements that you’ve become suspicious of anything that moves because it might be contagious. Better safe than sorry.” I guess that’s why you’re wearing your mask all the time.

The tyrants believe anything magical is theirs

In fact, the tyrants officially proclaimed anything or anyone magical is their property, therefore, off limits. Anything or anyone magical is all considered “black magic,” therefore it can “spread disease” and “make matters worse with harmful, dangerous misinformation – that can lead to violence.”

According to the tyrants, you don’t have a fairy god mother. You have nothing except what they give you, but you have them, so you should be thankful. According to the tyrants, you should be happy with whatever THEY give you.

Whether you’re Covid-Jack or Covid-Jill, the tyrants want everything you own – like your house, so they can disperse your property as they see fit. Are they card mechanics? Are they card magicians who are, basically, card mechanics who know how to distract people? Most likely; they are definitely demagogues because they take advantage of human frailties like fear to stay in power. They are also marxist because they push their reality on to others to “fall in line” for the “greater good.”

By the same token, the demagogue tyrants have been tipping their hands to us. They also write fairy tail stories about people like you and me in the form of scientific papers.

Please look up this research article for yourself; it’s quite revealing of the mind patterns of the researchers. In spite of their claiming they had paid male and female participants, no empirical specifics were in their conclusion.

The researchers have draw conclusions about the perceptions of others based upon their own. In essence, they are writing fiction, but pushing it as fact – the sole purpose of which you will discover very shortly.

Why is the research article fiction vs fact?

The researchers for this article are technocrats, basically, demagogues of technology. Technocrats are like the tyrants in our “Covidella Story,” but with the advantage of today’s cutting edge technology working for them.

Technocrats, as aforementioned, believe they are wiser, more educated, and truer to their own perceptions than normal, mentally sane adults. Therefore, technocrats believe that, whatever they conclude, it must be true.

The Disease of the Times and the Great Reset

In surfing the web, perhaps, you have come across the term, “great reset.” You probably know of international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Health Organization; there are more and they are like an infestation on humanity. The tyrants running these organizations have been “tipping their hand” by pushing the “great reset.”

They’ve been usingthe disease of the times” for their authoritarian control over humanity. To help control you, the tyrants have to make us feel inferior in every way possible, so they gaslight us on a regular and continuous basis – just like the tyrants in “Cinderella.”

I want to show you that you should never feel inferior in your own perceptions and conclusions- especially when a technocrat tells you that you are inferior in some way. Let’s pick apart that conclusion to ask ourselves important questions. (Imagine, for a moment, that we can think for ourselves – as opposed to what technocrats believe):

This report begins by failing to provide a definition for widespread.

  • What does widespread among the population mean? Why not a specific parameter like “10% of a certain geographic area” rather than a subjective description?

  • What do the technocrats think of themselves when they call out normal, mentally sane adults?

  • Do technocrats categorize themselves as normal, mentally sane adults or something else?

  • Do technocrats also have widespread conspiracy and supernatural beliefs – or are they above that?

  • Do technocrats equate ALL conspiracy and supernatural beliefs with unfounded, unscientific, and illogical assumptions about the world?

  • Are we to assume that unclassified information released by the U.S. Gov’t which render theories to facts are all a farce? Continue further:

As you notice, the conclusion does not point out particular demographics; it simply says people.

  • When the technocrats say sometimes, does this mean pattern detection within chaotic stimuli happens randomly or is there a pattern among their test subjects?

  • How are the technocrats defining random and chaotic?

  • Demographics and geography are important points of reference for psycho-social experiments. Why are these not included in the study?

Within their experiment, the technocrats use the works of US artist Jackson Pollock as random stimuli. We must ask ourselves:

  • Is any pattern generated by the human mind truly random?

  • Since the human mind consists of patterns, then, no matter how much we try to generate random stimuli, over a consistent amount of time, how could a human mind NOT generate recognizable patterns?

  • Would a machine generated, graphic representation of white or pink noise patterns have been a more correct form of randomly generated stimuli for this experiment? Continuing:

Basically, this research paper exists for the sole purpose of putting US down because We lack the cognitive abilities to differentiate fantasy from reality. Logically, how does humanity exist at all – according to technocrats?

But to say that having hallucinations is in the nature of normal, mentally sane adults as a “scientific conclusion” is nothing more than a fairy tale, story book insult to humanity – to keep us feeling sick, tired, and stupid about ourselves. Before we do that, We have to ask ourselves important questions:

3 Signs of the Dark Ages in Mainstream Media

What are three important aspects of Dark Age Culture?

During the Witch Trials of the Dark Ages, there was plenty of suffering; there was plenty of disease, ignorance, and accusations. For example, it didn’t take much to be accused of witchcraft or sedition. For dark age inquisitors, they were one in the same. Afterall, who else but a witch would want to stir up trouble? That was the mindset.

Within that dark age mindset, it was important to have three facets addressed in any tribunal for the accused to be properly persecuted and convicted:

  1. Entertainment Value
  2. Image
  3. Sexuality

Women, in general, were persecuted – especially the attractive ones. Women living alone were accused of cavorting with satan. Diseased people, especially those with uncontrollable seizures were accused of demonic possession. People gathering roots and herbs in attempts to find cures for disease were accused of gathering tools for witchcraft. Uncontrollable, unruly children were accused of demonic possession and their parents of witchcraft if they did not point their fingers at others. People who disagreed with the status quo of accusing innocent people of witchcraft and demonic possession were accused of cavorting with witches and demons, ergo, with satan.

In a dark age culture, people point their fingers at others to take their minds off their own suffering, fear or guilt, if not for their hatred or pleasure in watching others suffer. Criminals guilty of theft, rape, and murder were quick to point their fingers at others saying that they were “bewitched.” For example, artists were accused of witchcraft because their drawings or poetry or music were considered works of satan that “bewitched” their “innocent” minds to commit criminal acts. Beautiful women were the easiest targets because they were so “bewitching.”

Imagine, if you will, all the information technology of today such as cable TV, streaming video, and the web existing during Dark Age Witch Trials wherein everyone had power plants, electricity, TVs and cellphones. You might say, “it’s not dark ages with the web.” Wherein I reiterate myself: The Dark Ages refers to a mindset, a culture.

One of the few differences between mainstream media and the Dark Age Witch Trials is perspective. Most people during the witch trials were up close and personal during inquisitions and public torture since there was no broadcast technology. Most people today observe “inquisitions” through small “boxes.” Up close and personal allows a wide perspective of a live event. A “box” funnels information for a narrow perspective of live, pre-recorded, and edited events.

You might say, “The ‘box’ is more convenient.” True. Most people can’t go to live events like presidential debates. But do most people grasp that the “box” only provides a narrow stream, ergo, a narrow perspective of information delivered in whatever way the mainstream media publishers see fit? For people who want instant gratification, I don’t think so. Is a convenience oriented person interested in researching the Big Picture or just whatever information is handed to him through the box? In a way, the small minds that we see in the witch trials graphic are not that different from the convenience oriented minds of today who simply accept whatever “truth” is handed to them – no matter the cost to themselves or the people around them.

How lying takes our brains down a ‘slippery slope’ from Medical Xpress will also be referenced to help us understand Dark Age Mind Patterns. In this article, I point out how the mindsets of certain types of people haven’t changed since the Dark Ages. Herein, three indications of Dark Age Mindsets are listed for your enjoyment, so you don’t fall down that same ‘slippery slope.’

  1. Why Entertainment is Important in the Dark Ages

    During the witch trials, people wanted to find ways to escape the frustrations of their puritan lifestyles like pain, disease, blood lettings, rotting teeth, trepanning, fear and ignorance of all things – including their own sexuality; they looked for an escape, so they attacked their own.

    The inquisitors provided an easy entertainment outlet through their teachings, inquisitions, and public tortures. The words of the inquisitors, especially the Lord Adjudicator, were considered gospel, as if they were handed down from the Lord Creator. Anyone was subject to accusation of sedition if they did not agree with the inquisitors. Afterall, the inquisitors provided the entertainment.

    Within the small communities of the witch trials, any number of people were allowed to leap forward to blame the accused of whatever “bewitching” that was done to them. As you can see from the above graphic, the inquisitors listened and took note of any and all who pointed their fingers while those who would defend the accused were held back for fear of further victims of the system.

    Today, inquisitors are known as news correspondents; their words are also considered gospel by their audience. Afterall, why would they lie?

    I like to call them news actors and news actresses because some of them are very beautiful and they deliver information in melodramatic ways at times that would contend for an Oscar Winning Performance – but fall short. Therefore, they remain as news actors who say whatever they’re paid to say. Another term I like is “presstitutes” coined by Mike Adams. Here’s a sample: See the List of 65 Presstitutes… For this article, let’s call them inquisitors in reference to people who handle and control mainstream media.

    Today’s inquisitors listen and take note of any and all accusers who point their fingers in the direction of interest. Technology is a boon to inquisitors when it comes to recording the testimony of accusers – even when recording a miniscule scrawling on a wall by a child – to be broadcast many times over. What matters to inquisitors are the implications for their entertainment / gossip value to their mainstream audience. witchbessonovchair

    Public tortures in the Dark Ages were true horrors; they were the result of so-called puritan values mixed with fear, ignorance, and hatred of anything remotely sexual in nature. For this reason, the accused were usually young, beautiful, innocent women who were stripped naked. To be publically naked was considered a further act of sedition even though they were forced and shackled in this manner by the magistrates. In this way, the accused were forced into public humiliation and hideous pain many times over as they were tortured to death – for entertainment.

    As you observe the “oven chair” to the right, one of the most horrific torture instruments known to humanity without the bone crushing vises, think of the figurative “hot seat” set up by today’s inquisitors. Like the victims of these public tortures, there is little if no chance for redemption.

    Today’s inquisitors place the accused on a figurative hot seat by stripping them of whatever good image they are trying to project and attacking their image as often and in as many ways as possible. Attacking a person’s sexuality has always been a standardized and successful gossip inducing tool; inquisitors would have their audience believe that the character of a person eight or more years ago still applies today. On the other hand, if you’re an intelligent person has studied human behavior, then you know that people change over the years; it is their feelings and beliefs today that dictate what they will do tomorrow. Since I mentioned image already, let’s go onto the second similarity.

  2. Why Image is Important in the Dark Ages

    In today’s culture, image is everything. We can see from people oriented magazines to facebook to mainstream TV that mainstream media is far more interested in delivering the image of a person rather than their potential for doing good or evil. Today’s inquisitors teach us that image is everything; they also teach us that words mean everything – even though they may mean nothing tomorrow. Empty words like “I want…” “You need…” are glorified although they do not imply any type of actions. Words, no matter how empty, are part of what make up a person’s image in mainstream media.

    Inquisitors are mainly interested in delivering the glorified entertainment value of a person which is their image. For entertainment purposes, they will cherry pick facets of a person’s image, no matter how distant in the past or irrelevant, with the greatest potential for consequences upon their present image; this means inquisitors tend to ignore actions of others if there’s more entertainment value in attacking the image of someone else in their own best interest.

    During the Dark Age Witch Trials, there were times that litigants would accuse each other of witchcraft. In cases like these, the inquisitors would consider the litigant more innocent who best represented:

    • The (inquisitors’) personal values,
    • The “best face,”
    • The most brilliant argument.

    Today’s inquisitors put the greatest value on the above facets for a litigant to “manage their situation.” The witch trial inquisitors were the same. For example, a litigant could consistently attack the image of another using other “bewitched” accusers. (Accusers are never questioned about their motives on why they come forward en masse instead of at the time of the “bewitching” because questioning them attacks their image.) Since the inquisitors used the same methodology, this was consistent with a litigant being “innocent.” On the other hand, if a litigant could not satisfy all of the above requirements, they were usually guilty.

    All the other had to do was put on the “best face” while emotionally detaching themselves from lies as well as truth. Habitual liars are best at emotionally detaching themselves from lies or truth no matter the source. Back then just as now, habitual liars knew how to put on the “best face” consistent with looking innocent. Smiling, angry, or crying, a habitual liar can compete with the best actors in Hollywood.
    Speaking of Hollywood, there is or was a TV Show called Bones wherein a few episodes was about a homicidal maniac known as the “Gravedigger;” this menace would bury people alive in small, dark places to suffer agonizing death (a dark age torture similar to the Iron Maiden). The “Gravedigger” turned out to be a brilliant federal lawyer; she had friends in high places gained through her tenure in the judicial system, she was able to put on the “best face” while detaching herself from her own escalating lies, and she refuted the best arguments implicating her by the Jeffersonian Forensic Team. The “Gravedigger” would have gotten away if not for important evidence she ignored because of her own arrogance.

    In the 1950’s, there was another “best face” of the times known as Howdy Doody; this was a puppet that represented the value system at the time – especially for kids. At the time, the Native Americans were the enemies and the heroes were the cowboys who always had to beat the savages back.

    Throughout history / herstory, in every dark age culture, the third facet which I have already mentioned numerous times, is the most important tool of the trade when executing a proper persecution and conviction of a “witch.” As I stated before, there is a reason that most of the people labeled as “witches” were women.

  3. Why Sexuality is Important in the Dark Ages

    Throughout the ages, dark age or decadent culture has failed to be gender blind. For their own survival during the Witch Trials, most young women and teenage girls looked forward to betrothal and marriage to any man – hopefully a good man – into a puritan lifestyle to avoid accusations of sin or sacrilege. The alternative was too terrible to consider.

    For their “entertainment,” they had already witnessed unspeakable horrors of public humiliation, torture, and burnings at the stake, so they would avoid “cavorting with satan.”

    During the Witch Trials, a handful of young, pioneering women wanted to be educated. Education, whatever it was back then, was usually reserved for boys and men at the time whereas women were considered “property” that didn’t need education – all they needed was a man. Some young women felt differently. A handful of them wanted to be self sufficient with careers equivalent to their male counterparts. As such, they wanted to study books and charts and the world around them, but the inquisition had different things in mind about such women: They were obviously guilty of sedition and quite probably witchcraft. A few of these women escaped with their lives. The rest of them were not so lucky.witchburnings

    Mass burnings at the stake were reserved for these ambitious women. The witch trial communities felt that there was a “cleansing” in order and that fire would burn away these seditious ideas of female ambition. To the inquisitors, they were obviously cavorting with satan, therefore, they had already been soiled most unclean. Their mass burnings at the stake would also “burn away” the sins of their community.

    However, as you notice, these women are dressed. They did not bear the same humiliation of other condemned. In their defense, they wanted to raise happier, healthier, more intelligent families which would lead to happier, healthier, more intelligent communities. Of course, the inquisition would not stand for such womanly heresy, but they were well intended. Therefore, fully clothed and with a bit more dignity, their violent, torturous deaths at the burning stakes didn’t last as long as any of the other tortures, but long enough.

    Today’s (western) inquisitors want to make up for all of that. They want to make up for all of the persecutions against all women everywhere in every culture throughout time. Therefore, when a woman wants a job that she can do just as good as any man, she’s usually given the edge as long as she fulfills the following criteria: She resonates their personal values; She puts on the “best face;” and She provides the most brilliant arguments. For this reason, we see plenty of female inquisitors which includes government and judicial realms.

    There is nothing wrong with this. Personally, I would prefer to be gender blind. Today, since we have no more threat of burnings at the stake, I prefer to accept the person within the gender. In spite of masculinity, femininity, whatever gender bender or body type, I prefer to accept the person within that body. The problem with this concept is that some people are so short sighted, they cannot see beyond their own sexuality or anyone else’s – and the inquisitors know this. Nevertheless, this means I have to work a little harder than the average convenience oriented person who prefers to judge “a book by its cover.”

    However, mainstream media only offers a narrow perspective of information wherein platitudes and hyperbolé are glorified, sins are glorified, and, most of all, sexuality is glorified because it encompasses all forms of image and entertainment. Instant gratification oriented mind patterns require easily digestible information “bits” that don’t require any thought except to induce gossip while dark age, mainstream media completely caters to instant gratification mind patterns. The image of a person’s sexuality is the most easily digestible “bit” while offering the greatest entertainment value. There was also another time when a person’s sexuality was exploited for the greatest entertainment value.

    During the Dark Age Witch Trials, women were persecuted as the “weaker sex” incapable of forming their own ideas, but capable of opening themselves to the most evil, promiscuous acts with satan. Today, inquisitors exonerate women as the “fairer sex” incapable of evil including harassment and sexual misconduct. In a way, they also do not see women as individuals with their own ideas – exactly because they believe women are incapable of certain actions.

    Although Hollywood reminds us otherwise, the inquisitor’s mainstream media prefers to deliver the “fairer sex” image which tends to be more believable than a masculine image. Today, mainstream media delivers masculine images for their entertainment value (e.g. Geico’s workout bro’s) whereas female personas are used to deliver believability in a product or service (e.g. AT&T’s “Lily”).

    One of the principles I learned from voice over classes for mainstream media is that masculine voices are considered authoritarian while feminine voices induce feelings of credibility; this means the mainstream inquisitors have trained their audience to respond specifically according to gender.

    By the same token, when the inquisitors pit male against female on mainstream media, one will always be “authoritarian” while the other will always be “believable” because we were trained to respond that way.

    Personally, I have no problem with that. During the Dark Age Witch Trials, women were treated horribly by men. Even animals were treated with more reverence. I agree with a matriarchal society, but with moral, descent women in the lead for a peaceful, productive society. I happen to know for a fact that women have their own minds, their own ideas, and their own ambitions. Most women I know are good people. Like any group of men, there are some bad apples, some misled, others misleading.

    What is truly misleading is the narrow channel of information produced by mainstream media; it is full of half truths and good people have not nor will they ever get their fair share of air time because that narrow channel of information offered by mainstream media is and always will be biased as long as it is run by dark age inquisitors. Even when gender should dictate a fair share of air time, they are denied because they lack:

    • Entertainment Value and
    • A Recognizable Image which includes:
      • The inquisitor’s personal values,
      • The “best face,”
      • The most brilliant argument.

Far be it from me to blame anyone of dark age mind patterns, present company included. Throughout this article, there are derivations rather than direct citations of aforementioned articles on the slippery slope of habitual lying and our limbic system.

In summary, We need to hold onto our humanity by being truthful with ourselves and the world around us. After all, what happens when we habitually lie to ourselves?

We also need to go forward with our humanity by working harder to understand world perspectives as opposed to narrow channels of information. We need to do our own research rather than accept whatever “truth” is handed to us.

Most importantly, we need to make our choices according to our present reality. Ideally, we should make our choices based in love rather than fear, but we need to make important distinctions first: We need to discern the difference between habitual liars who give us false feelings of hope and people who tell us the painful truth. We need to discern the differences between false images of love and real love – which can be painful.

The alternative is to lie to ourselves, live in the inquisitor’s reality, and point our fingers to accuse whomever they want us to accuse.

    Mindfulness is a simple method that has existed as long as meditation because meditation begins with mindfulness; it is a simple because all we’re doing is focusing our attention on one vital function at a time within our bodies. Since our breathing is most vital, our attention begins there.

    The mindfulness meditation method I’m sharing here is a combination of methods that fit together like hand in glove. These methods are by Thomas Nardi who I first read in the 1980’s The Mind in the Martial Arts: A Key to Winning, Stewart Swerdlow, who served in esoteric government experiments in the 1980’s, and Gerald O’Donnell, a former financial advisor who also served in esoteric government experiments in the 1980’s.

    4. Hold your head up, loosely. Feel as if your head is supported by a string from above. Your head is upright, but feels free and moves slightly as if it is floating above water.
    5. Relax your vision. Relax your focus as if gazing blankly along a distant horizon of the ocean.
    6. Relax your jaw. Allow your jaw to relax by letting it drop slightly.
    7. Place the tip of your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth. The tongue should be relaxed, but not touching the teeth. The relaxed tip of the tongue should be on or near the center of the palate (between soft and hard palates).

    Introduction to “S” Meditation

    You’re going to be doing something called an “S” Meditation; it is based upon a healing modality by Stewart Swerdlow for eliminating headaches.

    “S” can stand for “spectrum” like all the colors of the rainbow. “S” can also stand for “space” which can be a gap of sorts between yourself and an intented target. “S” refers to both in “S” Meditation.

    You’re not going to go for everything at once as you see in the Chakra Man Graphic. That’s too much. What you’re going to do is progressive visualization in 5 small layers; it’s like progressive resistance when you’re lifting w8s in the gym. In this case, the only resistance you may encounter is your imagination and ability to focus.

    You don’t have to get in the Lotus Position like Chakra Man. Simply begin from a sitting, HealingMindN Posture as you read this. Shift away your eyes from this screen or close them to fulfill each step. You will retain these steps well enough on your own after a few times. Use the “S” Meditation Graphic as a memory jog.

    I’m going to exclude a lot of the theory here as I show you the steps; this is in contrast to the literature from one of my favorite authors, Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming, who is all about the theory before going into the exercises. The breathing exercises contain elements from Dr. Yang’s work since he is one of the main sifu when it comes to QiGong Breathing Exercises.

    Since I’m a student of Steve G. Jones, I’m also including NLP techniques.

    You may have a headache or migraine right now as you’re reading this, but I can’t imagine that you’re having your worst episode as you’re reading this or else how can you read anything?

    You probably associate dark colors with this pounding or constant pressure you experience. There may be a certain darkness that you associate with a particular place in your head where you experience the most chronic pain. Recall a time when you had the worst pain in your head and focus on that spot:

    • What colors do you associate with that pain?
    • What aromas or flavors do you associate with that pain?
    • What sounds do you associate with that pain?
    • What emotions or feelings of movement do you associate with that pain?

    Now, imagine that you are watching yourself. You are sitting or standing right across from yourself and watching yourself at this moment. Your other self is happy, healthy and pain free. Recall a time when you felt healthy and pain free:

    • What colors do you associate with being healthy? Are they bright?
    • What aromas or flavors do you associate with being healthy?
    • What sounds do you associate with being healthy?
    • What emotions or feelings of movement do you associate with that pain?

    When you can recall that time of being healthy and pain free, then imagine a “hissing” sound as if you’re going to pronounce the letter “S.”

    Unfortunately, for most chronic pain sufferers, they can’t recall a time when they were completely pain free. Not to worry. The “S” Meditation will reveal that healthier version of you.

    HealingMindN “S” Meditation

      Layer 1:

    1. Using your diaphragm, breathe in for three seconds, then breathe out for 5 seconds; the 5 second exhale aids in a complete exhalation. As you can imagine, your inhale is a little deeper than your exhale which is a little slower, but don’t hold your breath. Breathe deeply and naturally. Repeat this breathing pattern 8 times.
    2. Same as above, but to help you relax further, breathe in for 5 seconds, then breathe out for 8 seconds. Again, as you can imagine, your inhale is a little deeper than your exhale which is slower and more complete. Repeat this breathing pattern 13 times.
    3. For those of you who recognize the pattern, yes, this pattern follows the Fibonacci Sequence. Proceed forward in the sequence to relax further (e.g. 8 second inhale, 13 second exhale, 21 times, etc). For those of you don’t know what I’m talking about, we’ll return to the three second inhale, 5 second exhale: Let’s call this the 3/5 Breathing Pattern.
      Layer 2:
      Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Method

    1. Imagine, once again, that you’re sitting or standing watching yourself – wherever you are. Imagine your other self in the place of Chakra Man as you see in the graphic to the right. For the ladies, please pretend with your wonderful imagination as if you are watching yourself as Chakra Woman.
    2. Imagine the “S” beginning at the perineum of your other self (in the area of the red chakra).
    3. Imagine that you’re able to control the “S” as it floats upward. The “S” floats upward with your 3/5 Breathing Pattern. Imagine the “S” being pulled up with your inhale then pushed up with your exhale.
    4. Slow down to a 5/8 Breathing Pattern (5 second inhale, 8 second exhale). Imagine the upward pattern of the “S” slowing down to match your breathing pattern.
      Layer 3:

    1. As the “S” passes through your other self, you can hear a faint “hissing” as if air is escaping from a bicycle tire – far away. As the “bicycle rider” get’s closer, the hissing gets a little louder.
    2. Within your other self, where the “S” is loudest, imagine that it sounds as if you’re hissing momentarily with tongue against pallet. At this place where the “S” passes in your other self, you feel happiest, healthiest and pain free: Note the color, feelings, flavors, aromas, textures, (and sounds); this chakrum is at the center of your personal well being.
    3. Before the “S” enters the center of your personal well being, slowly engage it with your tongue and pallet as you “hiss” softly. Disengage When the “S” leaves. Remember to return your tongue within the HealingMindN Posture. Do this 21 times using an 8/13 Breathing Pattern.
      Layer 4:

    1. Maintain your 8/13 Breathing Pattern. For those of you with greater lung capacity, more athletic and adventurous, you may proceed to a 13/21 Breathing Pattern.
    2. Imagine the “Pi” symbol as a living part of your other self, but as part of a higher place beyond the physical body.
    3. As the “S” floats upward with your exhale, it takes whatever problems you have to that higher place. (You may believe your problems belong in hell, but the “Pi” symbol used in this context is an invitation for “others” in this higher realm to fix your problems.)
      Layer 5:

    1. Maintain your 8/13 Breathing Pattern. Imagine your other self as a perfect version of you, happy, healthy, able to cope with any kind of stress, thinking clearly with the ability to solve problems.
    2. Imagine your other self perfectly connected to that higher realm. “Perfectly connected” means there are bright, beautiful colors, sounds, smells, flavors, and feelings are all around your other self.
    3. As you inhale, you draw closer to your other self. As you exhale, you slowly trade places with your other self. You become part of your other self as you both breath in sync.
    4. When you feel there is a perfect connection to your other self, wherein the “S” bridges the gap between you and that perfect version of yourself, allow your tongue and pallet to softly form a “hissing” sound for that moment, then relax.


    • The “S” Meditation can be used any time you feel an attack coming on, therefore, it can be used anywhere; it is best applied at the onset of a headache.
    • Practice makes perfect. After enough practice, your stress-based headaches should disappear within a few minutes.
    • Always start with the most comfortable Breathing Pattern (depends on your lung capacity), then progress to deeper breathing patterns as you are able.

    How to Defeat Toxic Stress: Peace of Fantasy or Reality?

    The following fable has resided at Holy Life, HealingMindN for years because I believe it provides an important lesson:

    There once was a king who offered a prize to the artist who would paint the best picture of peace.

    Many artists tried. The king looked at all the pictures. But there were only two he really liked, and he had to choose between them… One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror for peaceful towering mountains all around it. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace…

    The other picture had mountains, too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky, from which rain fell and in which lightning played. Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all…

    But when the king looked closely, he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest.

    There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the mother bird on her nest- in perfect peace…

    Which picture do you think won the prize? The king chose the second picture. Do you know why? “Because,” explained the king, “peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace.”

    How Your Christ Consciousness Conquers Disease Outbreaks

    Veterans Day may be the best time to address the most deadly issues at hand in our country. After all, U.S. War Vets fought to keep this country safe. My father was a WWII Vet (He was pretty old when he got married). He told me about his tour in New Guinea, showed me his war wounds. He told me about the pain and suffering (in his tour of duty).

    As a soldier, his only job was to kill the “enemy.” Isn’t that reasonable? Kill the “enemy.” What’s the problem with that? Part of the problem is that soldiers only know to kill the “enemy,” namely other soldiers fighting for who knows what.  In the USA, at least we know our veterans fought to protect our political freedoms.

    But what about our health freedoms? What good is political freedom when there are further enemies threatening our bodies in other ways? Who is fighting to protect our health freedoms? Who is the enemy threatening our health freedoms? Here are two examples, big examples:

    How to Defeat Impulsive Behavior for Self Control through Christ

    At a time in human society when social mood is declining because of fear mongering disease, terrorists, threat of famine, and home grown threats, one of the symptoms of declining social mood is impulsive behavior.

    Impulsive behavior leads to mindless actions. For example, some people drive as if they are the only ones on the road. Others believe it’s OK to force a low quality system of health care on a people at a high price.

    One of the problems is we, as a people, look to our authority figures as examples. When we watch them acting and talking impulsively, we believe it’s OK to do the same. Ironically, we wonder why our kids act so impulsively, because “We were raised good…”

    When you talk and act impulsively, what impression do you believe you’re making on your kids?

    An article at Medical Express provides information on mindful versus mindless behavior from a clinical study:

    Mindful individuals less affected by immediate rewards

    “These findings suggest that mindful individuals may be less affected by immediate rewards and fits well with the idea that mindful individuals are typically less impulsive” says Teper…

    “Many studies, including our own past work, have shown that people who meditate, and mindful individuals exhibit improved self-control. If mindful individuals are also less affected by immediate rewards, as our study suggests, this may help explain why,” says Teper’s PhD supervisor and UTSC psychology professor Michael Inzlicht.

    When They Want to Suck the Life Out of You: Just Breathe

    In response to the following article from the Socionomics Institute:

    Here are a few excerpts that demonstrate how certain authoritarian figures and their scientific cretinism are sucking the life out of human society:

    “..In fact, drug-resistant bacteria now account for 60% of the hospital-acquired infections in the US. In total, approximately 30 new diseases stalking the world today have brought us “to the brink of a global crisis in infectious diseases,” says a World Health Organization report. In light of this gigantic threat, consider that the latest “health care” bill passed by Congress criminalizes with draconian property seizures and prison sentences even minor paperwork infractions by doctors. This move accelerates the three-decade headlong rush by the US government to destroy the medical profession and force good doctors (and potential doctors) into other businesses…

    “..The new national Affordable Care Act is going to make it worse, not better, he says. “We are going to have problems just like Massachusetts [which enacted its statewide health care insurance reform law in 2006. Massachusetts is] struggling with access problems; it takes one year to get into a primary care physician.     The reason I trust The Socionomics Institute is that their stock market projections based in social mood have always been accurate. Their concepts of social mood based upon fractals in nature are accurate. “Society Has Passed a Historic Pinnacle of Health and Faces New Threats“was written long before the gov’t shutdown, yet they are accurate in how authority handles dissent. Unfortunately, their authoritarian methods are sucking the life out of us.
